AG forwards Rank Pay case to Law Ministry from Defence Ministry

May be two decades are not enough for veterans and widows to get their dues. In what will certainly cause heartburn among the members of the veterans and war widows' community, there is set to be another delay in implementing the long-overdue Rank Pay case.
